Terms of Service

BLOCKED: structural template only. These sections list what the agreement must cover and reflect how the platform actually behaves, but the operative language has not been drafted by counsel. Do not publish or submit to a processor until a lawyer has written and reviewed it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or access any content. We terminate accounts found to belong to minors and retain no further data beyond what is required to prevent re-registration.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Plans, prices, and renewal intervals are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price and interval until cancelled. Charges appear as «BLOCKED — FILL BEFORE LAUNCH». Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refunds & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Licence to view content

Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view content while your subscription is active. It grants no ownership and no right to download, copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, resell, or publish any content.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Recording, capturing, or redistributing any content
  • Circumventing access controls, watermarking, or geographic restrictions
  • Harassing, threatening, doxxing, or attempting to contact creators off-platform
  • Automated scraping or bulk downloading
  • Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

Content on this platform is forensically watermarked. Redistribution is traceable to the account that performed it and results in immediate termination without refund, in addition to any legal remedy.

6. Creator content and ownership

Creators retain ownership of their content and licence it to the platform for distribution. Creators may withdraw content subject to the terms of their performer agreement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account page.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

9. Governing law and disputes

BLOCKED — depends on the entity and its state of formation, which are not yet decided.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will give notice of material changes by email to the address on your account before they take effect.
