Privacy Policy

BLOCKED: structural template only. GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and several US state privacy laws each impose specific disclosure requirements, and adult platforms attract heightened scrutiny on data handling. Counsel must draft the final text.

What we collect

  • Account data — email address, password hash, account preferences.
  • Billing data — handled by our payment processor. We never receive or store full card numbers. We retain the last four digits, card brand, and transaction identifiers for support and dispute handling.
  • Age verification data — where required by law, handled by a third-party verification provider. We retain the verification result, not the underlying identity document.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, content accessed, device and browser information, IP address.

Discretion

Retention

Account and billing records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and chargeback-dispute purposes. Records maintained under 18 U.S.C. §2257 are retained for the periods that statute requires.
